Sears is one of the last major department stores we know. With excellent customer service, auto support and their own Craftsman tool line, their success throughout the years hasn't necessarily been without struggle. Major brand revamping has helped the brand stay in place among top competitors and an ever changing economy.
As with most retail chains, interviewing at Sears is a fairly straightforward process. You can expect to have one or two interviews before an offer. Additionally, there is a potential drug test and background check. Questions regarding working with others, handling conflict & dealing with customer issues can be expected. Regular retail issues are certainly going to come up, so previous retail experience is a plus.
