What to Expect When Interviewing

Working as an entry-level customer service associate requires a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. For managerial positions, at least 8 weeks of work experience or training is necessary. Since this type of work involves interactions with multiple customers, a good personality is highly valued. With customer service covering a wide range of fields it is important to have skills in other areas such as computer proficiency, knowledge of software, organization, multitasking, problem solving, and trustworthiness.
