Depending on what the business is, being a team member, will involve a wide range of jobs. More often than not, working with customers is the main point of the position. Being a team member also means working with other employees to ensure that service is not only correct, but that it is completed at a fast pace.
Team member education requirements vary. There are many companies who do not require any at all, but will want some type of proof that the needed skills are present. The hours can be sporadic so having an open schedule is important. Some other skills necessary for being a team member are organization, being a team player, a great personality, good customer service skills, being able to handle frequent schedule changes, working efficiently and effectively, and time management.
