Manpower has the main task of creating job opportunities for individuals. They make a point to create necessary listings for companies that need to hire employees. They read over and sort the applications that are generated from those listings and start getting into contact with those that they believe to be a good fit. Setting up interviews for the individuals and business and keeping the best employees are all part of the daily job duties.
Positions as a Manpower worker have varying education requirements. It ranges from a high school diploma to a bachelor’s degree or higher. Because of the varying positions, there are numerous skills that are needed. Working with different individuals in different situations requires skills in written and verbal communication, organization, scheduling, time management, an ability to problem solve quickly, being able to read people, professional phone etiquette, and sometimes working long hours.
