Some Kelly Services positions require at least a bachelor’s degree, while some may only require a high school diploma plus training. To be a good fit for this position, it is critical to have skills in exceptional verbal communication, multitasking, some knowledge of business laws and etiquette, an ability to work with a wide range of people, and a great but firm personality.
