Founded as a tiny single store to search customers in Los Angeles’ Korean-American population, Forever21 has grown tremendously in the 19 years it has been in business. Now in nearly every major mall nationwide, Forever21 also has a variety of brands that have in-and-of-themselves become stores as well. With clothing, accessories and shoes for both men & women, the Forever21 brand is still growing!
As with any retail location, potential employees are expected to dress well and exude confidence when dealing with customers on the floor. Additionally, as with all customer service positions, questions that deal with conflict resolution, time management and customer satisfaction can be expected. Typically, applications can be filled out on location and management will call to set up a phone or in-person interview, or both.
