One of the most recognizable brands in the world, Disney started in 1923, as the Disney Brothers Cartoon Studio and became a leader in entertainment soon after. From a small cartoon studio to major theme parks worldwide, Disney owns some of the largest brands, names and companies throughout the entertainment industry. Because of its wide variety of networks, nearly every job imaginable can be offered through one of Disney’s many brands.
With most entry-level positions, an online or in-person application is required to first be seen for a position. Disney also tests many of potential employees’ skills through tests and simulations before hiring. Because of its very public nature, having a great attitude and customer service background are always a plus. You can expect to go through a series of questions that target specific situations with customers, conflict management and ethical views.
