Dell is one of the largest technological companies in the world, selling computers, servers, data storage solutions, software, cameras, TVs and more – making it the third largest PC vendor in the world. With a leveraged buyout to re-privatize the company in March 2013, Dell is in a year of transition and exploration, which is very exciting, given the company’s place in the market. Additionally, with such a variety of networks and industries, Dell will likely be moving in-line with its competitors, transitioning to cloud computing and enterprise solutions, both enlarging and building the company.
Depending on whether the position, the application process may be slightly different. Typically, applications can be filled out on location and management will call to set up a phone or in-person interview, or both. As most positions deal with customer service, a good attitude, confidence and previous experience with customer experience is always beneficial. Additionally, potential employers may ask a series of questions to evaluate team management, customer service and conflict resolution.
